WAYNE MCGRATH // DIRECTOR

Wayne is the genuine article; with over 30 year’s experience in the building industry, he has held a registered building licence since 1995. Modular building is in Wayne’s blood and the McGrath name is synonymous with the delivery of high quality modular homes. Wayne’s father Mal McGrath started building modular homes around 1965 and introduced many innovations including pioneering the use of pre stressed concrete floors. Wayne’s longevity in the building industry is due to his commitment to always deliver on quality, establishing long-lasting relationships and his straight-forward authentic approach to business and life in general. All qualities of which are echoed and celebrated by Modular WA.

As Executive Chairman of the Wyllie Group, Wayne has gained further experience within the property development and investment fields.

ERROL DAVIES // GENERAL MANAGER + DIRECTOR

As well as being a registered builder, Errol is also a business manager with significant experience in project management and construction and in particular the modular building industry. Born in the wheat belt town of Wagin, Errol has strong family ties to regional Western Australia and understands the economic and social importance of a strong and diverse regional economy with a sustainable living environment.

Errol oversees the day-to-day operations of Modular WA focusing on construction, project management, quality, customer service and business development.

Errol is motivated to provide all Modular WA customers and clients with an experience that is second to none in terms of service and product quality.

JASON SJOLAND // FINANCIAL CONTROLLER + DIRECTOR

Finding the perfect home design with Modular WA is easy. Partner that with Jason’s strong financial background and in depth knowledge of the modular building industry, moving into your perfect home has just got easier. 

As a well respected finance and accounting professional, Jason’s passion has enabled him to develop strong relationships within the modular industry. Having completed both his Accounting and Finance degrees and as a member of the CPA, Jason has held the position of Financial Controller with other reputable modular home builders for the past nine years 

Now as Director and Financial Controller of Modular WA, nothing drives Jason more than the idea of being a part of someone’s building journey, assisting them construct a place to call home. You can expect an exceptional level of customer service, quality advice and a product you will love.

DEAN MARSH // SITE INSTALLATIONS MANAGER

Dean has worked on a number of large mining and rural WA modular construction projects working closely with various clients including local government, Chevron, BHP and Rio Tinto.  As a result Dean is now vastly experienced in all aspects of the modular construction industry.

With Dean’s extensive industry expertise, you can rest assured that your modular project – whether a residential home or a full scale commercial project – will be installed efficiently, and to the highest possible standard of quality.

ADRIAN FRAZER // SALES CONSULTANT

Adrian began his career in the building industry as a draftsperson at the age of 21, working for one of Perth’s most reputable modular home builders. Over the years Adrian has developed design & construction skills for this unique industry of modular transportable homes.

Along the way Adrian has dealt with various responsibilities such as planning and building approvals, Water Corporation requirements, sub divisions, material ordering, quantities and supervision. In more recent years Adrian has been using these skills in the area of New Homes Sales Consultant to assist customers with their housing requirements whether it be an investment, downsizing or building their dream home.

Adrian can take some of the uncertainty out of the process and will provide you with some down to earth service and advice.

FIONA RYAN // CONTRACTS MANAGER

Fiona has 16 years of building industry experience, half of which has been spent specifically in residential and commercial modular building.

Fiona is an expert in contract management and her depth of knowledge of the pre start consultation and selection process means she is able to partner with clients to guide them through what sometimes appears to be a complex process of finance approval, contract documentation and pre start selections.

With a strong focus on a high level of customer service and attention to detail, Fiona is ready and waiting to work with you to build your dream Modular WA home.

STEPHEN DOWNES // SCHEDULER

Stephen has over 30 years experience in both the residential and commercial construction industry. He is a trade qualified carpenter who also possesses expertise across multiple areas including Estimating, Scheduling and Construction Supervision. Stephen has played key roles in a vast number of projects including government developments, housing estates and mining accommodation camps over the years.

With extensive technical knowledge and a penchant for detail, Stephen is instrumental in ensuring Modular WA’s projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

GARY PETHICK // CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

After 20 years experience within the construction industry, Gary is a registered builder with considerable expertise in construction management. Gary has worked on numerous projects that range from modular administration offices to up-market two storey metropolitan homes.

Gary personally oversees the construction of each modular building in our Wangara yard, so you can be sure that every home leaving our facility is built to the highest possible standard of quality.

BEN TRUONG // DESIGN MANAGER

Ben is an exceptional draftsperson, having spent 10 years in architectural and structural design. Specialising in modular design, Ben has previously been involved in projects such as the Perth Airport Office Complex, Fraser Range Project and Osprey Village in South Hedland.

With an eye for detail and excellent modular knowledge, Ben can assist in designing your dream home while ensuring it is efficient and practical.

MICHAEL RICHARDS // PURCHASING & ESTIMATING

Michael Richards is a proficient flexible Estimator and Procurement specialist with over 15 years’ of demonstrated work history in the Western Australian construction industry.

He has grown within the industry through various scheduling, estimating, supervision and procurement roles at both large and boutique local building companies. With a wide range of experience in different construction methods and building purposes, he has vast construction knowledge and acutely developed skills in negotiation, estimation, contract management, project management, and a sharp eye for detail.

His focused mathematical and methodical approach provides confidence with pricing across a variety of sectors and is a strong operations professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance. Michael is a family man, a father of 2, a footy fan and likes to keep active with outdoor hobbies such as surfing and mountain bike riding.
