The Modular WA Process

The building process is straightforward, efficient, and client-focused. Once the design is finalised, and final estimates are locked down, contracts can be signed. After this it’s the fun part – colour and fitout selections are made during the Prestart meeting. Once the home is released into construction, the modules are constructed in a controlled factory setting, much like a production line. Each home is subject to thorough and meticulous supervision, ensuring the strictest quality control expectations are adhered to. These factors all work together to ensure your new home is built on time, and built exceptionally well, ready to be transported to its final location.
