Headed by Wayne McGrath, whose family history of building pre-fabricated housing solutions spans some 30 years, Modular WA is run by some of the most experienced professionals in the industry. In the early 1970’s, the McGrath Family pioneered the use of pre-stressed concrete floors and were one of the first in Western Australia to construct pre-fabricated housing using this new technology.
Since inception, the company has gone from strength to strength, winning multiple industry awards and gaining a reputation for delivering exceptional quality modular, transportable residential and commercial building solutions across the State.
