Executive Residence in Bruce Rock Complete
Modular WA are thrilled that construction of a new home for the Shire of Bruce Rock has now been completed. As part of a local development agreement with Landcorp, the Shire of Bruce Rock called on tenders for a new 4 bedroom 2 bathroom residence which was awarded to Modular WA in August last year.
Based on a modified version of our Teague, with sprawling living areas and a generous master suite, the home features separate study and theatre rooms. The home includes a secure enclosed double garage complete with verandah and dining room that opens out onto the entertainer’s alfresco.
