Adrian began working in the modular industry at the age of just 21 as a draftsperson for Wayne McGrath in his original business. Over the years Adrian has developed design and construction skills for this unique industry.
Along the way Adrian has gained invaluable experience in the likes of planning and building approvals, water corporation regulations, sub divisions, materials estimating and supervision. Over the last 8-9 years Adrian has been using his skill set in the area of ‘New homes Sales Consultant’ to assist customers with their housing requirements, whether it be an investment, downsizing or building your dream home.
