After all, it is the foundation your home will be resting on for decades after you’re handed the keys. At Modular WA, it’s our preference we take care of this part of the process for you wherever possible, eliminating headaches and confusion – while allowing you to rest assured your home is in good hands.

If the site has been properly prepared it will:

Early on, our site installation supervisors will inspect your site and we’ll undertake a series of preliminary reports in order to clearly assess exactly what treatment your site will need.  Our expert team is on hand to answer your questions at any point and we also make time to run through the process stage by stage in-person during your Prestart meeting. This ensures everyone is on the same page and has all the information they need to make sure your home gets the best treatment possible.
