Destined for Halls Creek, Western Australia, this modular home consists of three separate modules which are constructed under constant supervision in our purpose-built, Perth-based manufacturing facility. This custom design was developed closely with the client and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and features such as vaulted ceilings, a store room, theatre, walk-in and built-in robes, and design consideration for a large sprawling outdoor alfresco area. Colorbond external cladding was chosen for longevity and ease of maintenance while still maintaining a clean look by selecting the colour Basalt with Surfmist accents.
Once construction is completed, the building is packed, split up, wrapped, and then loaded using hydraulic jacks onto heavy duty trailers for transport by our expert logistics teams.
After the homes have arrived at their final destination and resting place, our professional site installation teams will commence complexing, and join-up of the modules resulting in an exceptionally finished home that you’d never expect had arrived via highway!
