Before you come in, it’s a good idea to do some research and inspiration hunting. If you have a general idea as to what you want your home to look like, we can help you on the finer aspects when you come in for your meeting. If you know what colours you like ahead of time, it’ll make the entire process smoother, quicker, and pain free.

We suggest browsing architectural magazines, real estate, or even simply searching through images of things like “kitchens” “bathrooms” or even having a look at other homes that have been build to get an idea as to what you want for your home.

What happens next?

After your meeting, our Prestart Consultants need to review and process all of the selections that have been made. We’ll price up any upgrade items and send you a revised quote for acceptance. From there once all documentation is signed off and your deposit is paid – we can begin the building process!
