Award-Winning Social Housing in the SouthWest

Modular WA demonstrated their commitment to building exceptional homes this year at the Master Builders Commonwealth Bank: Building Excellence Awards, after winning the Best Alternative Construction category for 2023.

Modular WA’s entry was contracted under the State Government’s Modular Social Housing Program. The builder has already successfully delivered many homes for the program from Tom Price, to Collie, Geraldton, and Albany, just to name a few locations.
