ADRIAN FRAZER“I believe the most important thing about building is being able to trust not only the person you’re dealing with, but their extensive knowledge too.” says Adrian. He’s been dealing with modular homes for decades – it’s no surprise that over his career Adrian has developed a solid knowledge and skillset that makes him one of the the most capable sales consultants in the industry. Adrian began working in the modular industry at just 21 in 1992 as a draftsman for Wayne McGrath in his original business back in 1992. Since then, he has dealt with various responsibilities as his roles has shifted and adapted over the years such as planning and building approvals, Water Corporation requirements, subdivisions, procurement, quantities and supervision. This wide knowledge means Adrian knows the modular process inside and out. For the last 17 years Adrian has been harnessing these skills as a New Homes Sales Consultant to assist customers with their housing requirements whether it be an investment, downsizing or building their dream home. Adrian is 52 years young these days with a family of his own, so he knows what it is like to juggle family and life commitments. His background in drafting means he’s passionate about developing a design that works for you, together. JACKIE JOHNSON“It’s all about what you and your family needs. I want to spend time making sure we get that right.” says Jackie. She takes pride in her work bringing people’s dreams to life. With over 30 years’ experience, Jackie not only has a strong modular design background, she understands the in’s and out’s of country living, being currently stationed on an acreage out near Toodyay where she and her partner breed sheep. Over her 32 year career she has a wide range of exposure to different construction types from birck and tile, to timber framed two storey homes – however the modular method has been her passion for the last 20 years. “I’ve been involved in all kinds of homes and I find that modular is just so adaptable and suitable for our Australian conditions. We can transport them everywhere, we can adapt them for almost anything.
